This website is operated by Haft. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Products and Presale Orders

Haft pieces are limited-edition works produced during presale or made to order. Product photographs, videos, and 3D models represent each design. Hand finishing, patination, casting, screen settings, and material characteristics can create reasonable variations in color, texture, and appearance.

Production generally takes 4–8 weeks before shipment. Edition-number and finish preferences may be collected after checkout. Preferences are requests until confirmed by Haft. Availability is not guaranteed, and an alternate preference may be assigned when a requested number is unavailable.

Sizing and Customer Selections

You are responsible for the ring size, finish, shipping address, and other customization information submitted with or after your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and import fees are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We may correct obvious pricing or product-information errors and may refuse or cancel orders when required by law, fraud prevention, inventory limitations, or fulfillment restrictions.

Final Sale

All purchases are final because pieces are made to order and may be customized, sized, finished, or engraved. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted except where required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

Intellectual Property

The Haft name, product designs, sculpture, imagery, video, text, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Haft and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that purchase, subject to applicable law.
