Production Timing

Haft pieces are produced during presale and made to order. Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for production before shipment. Your piece may be custom-sized, finished, and engraved with its edition number during this period.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout and are calculated from the destination, parcel, and order weight. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are carrier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders are shipped with tracking. Where available, shipments may include insurance and signature confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address requires correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

International Orders

International availability depends on carrier service, customs rules, sanctions, and local import restrictions. Duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise and are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot ship to destinations that are prohibited or unsupported when fulfillment is attempted. If a paid order cannot legally or operationally be shipped, we will contact the customer and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Delivery Problems

If tracking shows damage, loss, or an unresolved delivery exception, contact harrison@haft.com with your order number. We will assist with the carrier claim. Haft is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
